  I’ve been dealing with a severe herniated disc that affected almost every part of my day. Before treatment, I could barely walk for even 30 seconds before the pain shot up to a level nine. Dr. Patel had explained that recovery after stem cell injections would have ups and downs, but it’s still hard not to feel insecure when the pain becomes that intense. It turns out that a major part of my recent flare-up was due to muscle tightness, and using my TENS unit helped relieve that. I also believe the stem cell injection played an important role in speeding up my healing and giving me a level of comfort I never had before the injection. Through all of this, Dr. Patel and his assistant, Rahad, have been exceptionally patient, responsive, and supportive. I originally thought that once the injection was done, the care would end, but they continued to check on me, answer every question, and guide me through each stage of recovery. I’m still being careful as I heal, but I’m feeling hopeful and encouraged. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care and support from Dr. Patel and Rahad. Their follow-up and professionalism made this difficult journey much easier to get through.

  Dr. Patel did a thorough physical exam, discussed my images and physical findings in-depth, and helped me understand the plan and purpose of PRP treatment, answering all my questions. Really great experience here.

  Dr. Patel is very thorough and excellent at diagnosing and explaining the problems and possible treatments to resolve them. He was very kind and compassionate, and totally focused on me and my concerns for as long as I needed. I understand the possible treatments and outcomes and know he's available when new questions arise. His staff are also caring and efficient.   I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Patel. As someone with a history of spinal fusions and chronic injuries as a result, I believed that there was little hope of ever healing completely or living a life relatively unhindered by pain. Dr. Patel’s knowledge, skill, and thoughtfulness have helped me achieve a much better quality of life. More importantly, to me, Dr. Patel’s care, consideration, and holistic approach reassured me that I was in the care of expert and invested hands; Dr. Patel authentically cares about my well-being, and, as anyone who has gone under the knife will understand, those are important and rare qualities. Finally, everyone on Dr. Patel’s staff reflects his professionalism and standard of care. Every member of the team at the Patel Center consistently communicates and works with patient comfort and satisfaction in mind. Truly a superlative experience.
