I had a great time in Bob Dores group he taught me a lot of valuable information about the brain and how it’s affected by years of drug use. I learned about a new term called anhedonia which is the inability to feel pleasure for a certain amount of time after quitting the drugs. It felt good to learn that it just takes time to be able to feel pleasure without drugs. The group gave me a lot of hope for the future and I always learn something new and interesting in Bobs groups. And that only scratches the surface of all the amazing groups we have here at monarch.

Monarch Saved my life! Coming from the East Coast it was hard. Monarch was accepting and I can’t appreciate them enough. Especially the Group with Bob. It’s called the “Butterfly Effect “. It teaches all about how addiction works and the stages of recovery.
